Overview
The five Provencal structures of the hotel make up a 20-hectare excellent site at the heart of Alpilles. It is a five-star hotel in Provence. It sits at the foot of Les Baux de Provence village. The hotel includes a 16th-century farmhouse, an 18th-century manor house, and Provencal farms and villas.
This unique location is a meeting place for celebrities and actors from every walk of life. Queen Elizabeth II, Hugo Grant, Bono, and Pierre Arditi are just a few. The legend is unique and unlike any other place, surrounded by the natural beauty of Les Baux de Provence.
This hotel is the perfect backdrop for the hospitality that Baumaniere's family has practiced over the past sixty years. The family is committed to making your stay memorable by extending a warm welcome.
L'Oustau is Baumaniere's historic building. It unfolds within a preserved and peaceful landscape. This 16th-century farmhouse is now home to a Michelin 2* restaurant and nice rooms. A swimming pool, a store, and other amenities are also available.
The Guigou is a charming Provencal 5-building farmhouse that rests against the hill at 500m. It offers a nice view of Les Baux de Provence.
Moreover, the Manor is a country house from the 18th century. It surrounds two trees over 200 years old and features whitewater. The rooms and lounges that overlook a white rose garden give it its charm. Besides, Carita's (14 rooms) and Flora's (12 rooms) are preserved pleasant spaces in the middle of a lovely garden.
