ACPV architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel are responsible for Bulgari resorts and hotels. They renovated the INPS building in the 1930s. The Italian craftsmen and artisans were honored in Rome. Besides, the hand-laid tiles were created by graduates and students from a mosaic workshop in Friuli. Moreover, Amber bottles, hand-blown lamps, and glass lamps under the bar come from Murano in Venice.
