Rosewood San Miguel de Allende is a 5-star luxury hotel in Mexico. The beautiful historic city of San Miguel de Allende was reborn in the late 20th century after a decline. The rich cultural heritage found rebirth as artists and writers moved into the area and fine old Spanish colonial buildings were renovated.
New homes, shops, restaurants, and hotels sprung up. As a result, in 2008, the historic center was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The Rosewood global luxury hotel group chose San Miguel de Allende to represent Mexico's authentic spirit and opened the hotel in 2011. It almost immediately became a landmark in the city, expressing its design and ambiance of Mexico's history and soul.
