Tourists from around the globe have been welcome at The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa since 1859, ensuring they experience an unforgettable stay in Switzerland's charming capital city. In the nineteenth century, the hotel got "Hotel Fetzer" or the "Zähringerhof." However, Daniel Vogel gave it its current name in 1859. Hotel Schweizerhof was dismantled in 1911 and reopened after a ceremonial opening on July 1, 1913. Since then, Jack Gauer has been running this prominent hotel as CEO. As time went on, the hotel underwent various renovations.

This hotel offers an ideal location near railway stations and Bern's historic center. The Schweizerhof Bern, which has been in place since 1857, sits in Bern's most desirable sites.
