The old building dated from 1899 and was originally a popular retreat and spa facility. However, it was substantially renovated, updating the spa and modernizing the accommodation. Location

The hotel's approach by car brings guests to the spectacular cream and wine-colored Belle Epoque main building. These two vast extensions of stone and triple-glazed tinted glass curve around either side of the main building. Energy-efficient, the wings double the size of the hotel but harmonize with the historic building. It also mirrors the woodland setting in tree-patterned aluminum balustrades.
